Old Business:

Members of the club went to dinner at 99 Restaurant in West Lebanon, than went to the

Cars Car Club cruise night in White River Junction ,Vermont.

The cruise that was planned to the Tilton Diner on July 31st was cancelled due to severe weather.


Members of the car club went to the Hospital days in New London on August 2nd.  We had a great time talking about our vehicles to the crowd.


August 12th – CarNutz Car club hosted the fire departments and police and first responders from Sullivan county. Fifteen fire trucks, seven police cruisers and first responders attended. Lots of people attended & lots of interest in the fire trucks.

First place was Claremont, runner up was Newport.


A Thank you to Whelan Engineering for giving the indoor/outdoor LEB light to the club and was raffled off, the 200.00 raised in the raffle will go to David’s House.


A Reminder: If you can not join the members gathered at the bank and want to go on any scheduled cruise you must remember that you need to fall into the back of the line of vehicles traveling on the road. It would be a consideration if you could call Wayne (603 477 2929) to let him know that is your intentions. THANK YOU


New Business:

Edmund Smith emailed me the paperwork to be filed with the State of New Hampshire to Dissolve the club. Statement of Dissolution.


The CarNutz Car Club had a couple of visitors come to the club meeting.

Jim and Nancy Rozanski, originally from Massachusetts and recently moved to Newport.


August 12th –   Lions club ran out of food.  It was a great night for them.

Motion was made by Wayne Boardman to have our September 19th club meeting and A club picnic to be held at Meadow Park, Newport. Seconded by Clayton Heath.

Passed by majority vote. Bring a dish to share.

September 19th – Club meeting and picnic at Meadow Park 6pm

                               Bring a dish to share.           


Motion by Wayne Boardman to keep the same schedule for 2020, Second by Clayton Heath, motion passed by majority vote. We will run the same schedule as 2019, with the Rat Rod show in July and August 2020 show will be the First Responders show, with fire, police and emergency responder’s vehicles.

Motion by Wayne Boardman that the club owned 2 way radios will be kept by Wayne and will use for future cruises, Seconded by Edmund Smith, motion passed by majority vote.

Any money left over in checking account will be donated to David’s House at the end of 2020.

The last show of 2020 we will put out a David’s House donation bucket.

Last show will be September 2020
